I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise and hold a Precision Nutrition 1 certification in sports nutrition. I am currently work from Harvey's Gym in Columbia and Muletown Rec of Columbia as an independent contractor. I am also certified as a firefighter Peer Fitness Trainer thorough the American Council of Exercise. Additional certifications include strength and conditioning and group fitness instructor through the YMCA. I worked as a personal and group fitness instructor with the YMCA and the Wellness Aquatic Center in Columbia Tennessee before coming to Harvey's gym. References available, My workouts include dynamic warmups, core, strength, and metabolic training.

    Mike has been my personal trainer for a year and a half and I am stronger and in better shape now than I have ever been in my life. He is excellent at customizing a plan to fit your goals and schedule and is very good at making sure you get the most out of your workout while making it fun and challenging. I would highly recommend him.

    Great Boot Camps! He makes it hard but watches for form so that you don't get injured. Workout is different every time and well thought out. I saw lots of improvement in movement vs just pushing weights around. Kevin
