About three years ago I became a peer fitness trainer for the fire department where I work. At the same time Christina was conducting group fitness classes for the City's wellness program. I took my crew to some of her sessions. We had been doing P90X and Insanity workouts for our physical training; but her workouts were every bit as challenging (we found we had to take pauses during some of the intervals) and I believe more effective. We were training with other city employees and she was able to manage the different fitness levels of the group very efficiently, ensuring everyone received the appropriate workout. She inspired me to become a personal trainer and I use some of the things I learned and observed from her class in the groups I have lead since. Great trainer and very knowledgeable.

Christina is the best personal trainer that I have met. She is very intelligent and well educated in physical fitness and nutrition. I have had a lot of personal trainers and she surpasses them all by a long shot. Before I met Christina my husband didn't want me to work out with trainers any more because they would just give me the same workouts every week and it was a waste of money. Christina does a really job planning the workouts and teaching me. I look forward to working out with her and seeing what she has in store for me. The workouts are interesting, fun, and Tough. Christina is turning me into a fitness machine. Thank You, Christina!

I had been exercising regularly for 6 years (weightlifting and then CrossFit) before working out with Christina. Let me tell you, her workouts are the most challenging and rewarding I've ever done! And to think I was afraid I was afraid I'd have supplement her workouts with trips to the gym, ha! I haven't been to a "gym" in months. No fancy equipment required!
The other advantage working out with Christina is the motivation. In a hectic world with a hectic schedule, it is all too easy for me to postpone one workout that turns into a month of inactivity. All of the previous gains... gone. But not with Christina there to positively motivate me to the next goal!
It has been 10 months now since I've started training with Christina, and I've dropped 20 pounds while adding 10 pounds of muscle.

I was an athlete in high school and college and thought those days were long over. Christina's training has brought that back to the surface! I am doing stuff I wouldn't have ever thought I could do on my own. Yet even in the down cycles Christina still encourages and helps me back on my feet. I have been training with her for awhile now and I have yet to get bored. She keeps it current and fun!
