I’m not skinny, but I’m strong and fit!

My background is a little different from other personal trainers. I discovered my passion for health and fitness during my early military career. I faithfully served in the US Air Force for 24+ years with a background in information technology; however, I always maintained fitness, to include passing fitness tests within six months after my pregnancies. I became a physical training leader and fitness program manager because I enjoyed being fit and committed to assist other servicemen meet military standards and/or their fitness goals.

Exercising not only affects our physique but it definitely helps our mental and emotional state. Physical fitness is a stress reliever that made my deployments easier. Exercising kept my mind balanced; it decreased the stress of 1) being away from my family, 2) concerns of deployers’ health and welfare, 3) the environment I was in, and 4) the mission, which enabled me to better concentrate on the mission and its people. I have also witnessed other people enhance their productive at work and enrich their personal lives when fitness is part of their lifestyle.

I wholeheartedly believe that being fit and healthy makes a happier person, enhances their productivity, and overall quality of life. So instead of managing projects and staring at computer screens, I changed my career path towards my passion, helping others become healthier and happier people. I established Operation PowerFit in 2014 but I have over 22+ years of training and coaching experiences with the best military personnel in the world. I have planned, developed, and conducted fitness training in both in-garrison and combat environments to ensure personnel are always combat ready. I also participated in several Air Force women’s basketball teams, and powerlifted in national and international competitions. I still compete in powerlifting through three federations, and a member of the Air Force Powerlifting team. I continue to coach girls’ high school basketball teams. I believe I can provide the proper fitness training for individuals and groups; not only from a coach’s view, but as a trainee who required different coaching styles based on my goals.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and also certified as a Senior Fitness Instructor, Women's Fitness Specialist, Group Personal Trainer Specialist, and CPR/AED certified. I am insured through Philadelphia Insurance Companies. I am a member of Disabled Veterans, USA Powerlifting Federation, and IDEA Health and Fitness Association.

I am enthusiastic about fitness, dedicated to being an athlete, and committed to helping you meet your fitness goals. Allow me to share my knowledge and experiences to help you become enthusiastic about becoming fit and maintaining an active and healthier lifestyle.

Christine is a great trainer! She is very knowledgeable and has helped me lose over 20lbs in just a few months! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to reach any fitness goal.

I have always been someone who turned to "fun" classes like Zumba for a workout.
Christine has given me a new appreciation for working out with her circuit classes. She is very encouraging and her support has really helped me push myself.
She has a great balance between being a motivator and knowing when I need to modify my workout.
She is an awesome trainer and I enjoy all my workouts with her.

I have been working out the majority of my life. I am primarily a body builder. I am currently training to compete. Working with Christine has enhanced my training in a lot of ways. She has helped me improve on my methods of training, teaching me how to incorporate other practices. Cross-Training and circuit training to modify my cardio training, to burn body fat efficiently. She has recommended Yoga to improve my flexibility; this will help me when I pose on stage. I value Christine's knowledge and experience.
    V/r,
    Gerald

Christine is a true professional and an expert in training individuals at levels of fitness. Her technical knowledge and ability to adapt exercises while keeping it continuously challenging is impressive. I've been training with her for over a year and I feel stronger than ever. I always feel energized after my training sessions. I've tried different types of exercise programs and this is by far the most comprehensive total body workout.

Christine is the best trainer that my husband has ever used for his serious medical problem. Her knowledge of muscle physiology and associated anatomy is exceptional. Christine is pleasant and kind. This year at 79 he was strong enough to reel in a 25 pound salmon!!!
