I am a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), certified instructor in Pilates Mat and equipment through The Pilates Certification Center and Balanced Body University, Metabolic Effect group personal trainer and TRX suspension training instructor.
I provide Pilates based training combined with traditional and cutting edge physical training. The Pilates method develops strong core musculature, flexibility and balance which are crucial to support the work done by extremities, to move effectively and to prevent injury.
Personal training is available for all ages and fitness levels and is based on your current physical condition. Whether your fitness goals are to improve posture, increase muscle tone and flexibility, enhance sports performance, lose/gain weight, prevent injury, or relieve chronic pain, I will customize your program to fit your goals. At client's request, we set weight loss/gain goals, while educating the client on nutrition and diet so that he/she can maintain a healthy diet for a lifetime.
