    I recently completed the 30 day challenge. It was very easy to follow and Enrique was there motivating me every step of the way. The 30 day challenge is the perfect program to start if you're trying to get back into shape. After completing the program I feel a lot stronger and have a lot more energy. I recommend this program to everyone! Only 30 minutes a day for 30 days! You cannot go wrong.

    I completed the 30 day challenge not long ago, it was super easy to follow with a great meal plan and exercise plan, a few days into the 30 day challenge I noticed a huge change in my energy levels, I was no longer tired thru the day and my measurements decreased a lot! In the 30 day challenge I lost 5.5 inches off my waist, 4 inches off my hips and a grand total of 39 inches lost all over, I lost just under 8 pounds and I have little muscles that I haven't seen in many years.     The idea of a 30 minute workout wasn't new to me, but it was made exciting and fun by Enrique. Every morning I met with him, I was challenged in a new way - strength, core, cardio, stamina, endurance, and especially breathing technique. I didn't come with any weight loss goals, but I know I am definitely in better shape than I was 5 weeks ago. My favorite part of all the sessions was taking a fitness challenge, that measured all the things I listed above. I was able to see the vast improvement between week 1, week 3, and week 5. Hopefully I'll have the opportunity to train with Enrique again next spring. Until then, I will continue doing what he's taught me on my own.

    YHBaseball has just completed a winter session off season training program with ICUFittraining. The boys strength and conditioning was monitered from day 1. Under Coach Rosario/ICUFittraining the boys learned proper workout techniques and healthy nutrition tips while taking part in a rigorous workout and lifting program twice a week for 9 weeks. In just 2 hrs/ week this team has grown and improved their lfting numbers, speed times and endurance levels tremendously. And each was given a personal chart to show their progress. This program is a must for any team, male or ffemale, any sport, to improve their performance. Thank You ICUFit!!

    I've worked out with a lot of trainers, but my experience with Enrique was unique and by far the best. Enrique introduced me to the 30-minute workout and now I'm a big fan. His personalized assistance and encouragement made me push myself to achieve my fitness goals. Enrique also trained me to learn to workout on my own. A great experience! Thanks Enrique!
