    Glenn is an awesome personal trainer!! I started working out with him about 2 months ago because i wanted to build lean muscle and lose about 10 pounds. A friend recommended him to me and i could not be happier!! The best part about it is that he came to the gym at my house. I loved that because he taught me all the workouts based on what i had at my gym. That way I could go back and do the programs he had written me all on my own. I can't wait for him to come back in couple weeks and teach me a whole new program to get me where I want to be! I have never been more happy and he also got me to quit smoking!! For that alone I will be forever grateful!!

    I started working with Glenn at the beginning of the summer with the goal of adding muscle. I had worked with another trainer in the past, and was already fairly serious about staying in shape, but I wanted to take it to the next level. In the two months I've been working with him, he has already helped me gain about 10 pounds while still managing to drop about 1% body fat.

    When we first started working together, he did a full assessment, focusing on what my goals were and establishing a baseline in terms of size and strength. He also did a detailed analysis of how an old knee injury was affecting my movement and strength. By the first session, he had developed a comprehensive plan to help me achieve my goals, including corrective exercise workouts focused on building stability around my injured knee. We went through each workout together for the first time, then he emailed me the full routine so I could do it on my own. After a month, we had another assessment to see how I was progressing, and he designed a few new routines for me to start on. All along, he has given me pointers on nutrition and supplements to complement the workouts.

    Glenn has a great knowledge base; he's up to date on the latest studies, but sticks with tried and true methods to help his clients achieve their goals. He's accessible to me for questions that come up when we're not working together, and has a flexible schedule that makes it easy to work with my complicated and erratic calendar.

    Overall, I highly recommend Glenn to anyone serious about starting a new fitness regimen, regardless of your fitness level or experience in the gym.
