I have been exercising consistently for over 10 years (yes, I got a little bit of an early start)! I’m what you can call a fitness fanatic! Personal Training is a perfect career for me because I not only love fitness as a whole and regularly practice it, but I also love the feeling of accomplishment that comes from helping others achieve their desired results. I have also trained in Boxing & MMA over the last 5 years. Based on experience, I know these two sports are by far the best cardio workouts available. That's why I like to incorporate drills commonly used in those sports in my clients training. I believe in the saying, “Anything worth having is worth working for”. In other words, the dream body you’ve always wanted is attainable as long as you stay committed. As a trainer, I will tell you that there is no such thing as a magic workout, food, or pill. Trainers don’t have any secrets to reveal! We are, however, capable of sharing our knowledge on the human body and how it responds to various aspects of training. That is why I focus primarily on functional training and none of the gimmicks found in the media. Thus, with a combination of fun and hard work, together we will move you closer to the body you desire.
