I have a background in various sports such as Taekwondo, Basketball, Softball, Cheerleading, running, and single track mountain biking.     I attended a boot camp class with Jennifer and I am now in the best shape that I've been in the past 20+ years! She is knowledgeable and motivates you even when you don't want to be there. Several times I struggled with my run and Jennifer jumped in and ran with me and pushed me to the end! She also insures that you are using the proper form during each exercise so that you gain the maximum from every exercise and you stay injury free. I would recommend her as a trainer, especially for beginners because of her attention to proper form.

    Oh yeah, she also played some jammin' music!!!

    After not working out for some time and wanting to get back at it, Jennifer was recommended to me by a Friend. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first as anyone would be with a new trainer. Jennifer made me feel really comfortable with my level of condition yet knowing when to push at the right time. Her knowledge of the exercises and attention to proper form were keys in the results i have achieved. I'm glad I took the chance with her and would recommend her to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals and learn proper technique.

    Excellent Trainer! Jennifer has been a trainer for me for only 5 months and has a phenomenal retention rate. She never seems to loose a bootcamper! Jennifer has a natural ability to train, educate and inspire people to be better and train harder. I am honored to have her in my program and representing my company and would highly recommend her for first time clients who may be shy or nervous or just starting out.

    Jennifer has been a great trainer for me!! I am very happy with my results. She takes the time to show the correct way to workout and is concerned for your health as well. She also takes time to listen to what your concerns are and gives positive reinforcement while working out. She is easy to understand and fun to work with! :)
