    John is a friendly, knowledgeable and motivating fitness professional. Through his personal training program, I lost more than 15 pounds, 15 overall inches and 5% body fat. John develops customized fitness plans for his clients, and utilizes a variety of resistance training methods (free weights, machines, functional, TRX) in their program. He does a great job of tailoring exercises and workouts to each clients' fitness level and athleticism - he understands their abilities and limitations and knows how and when to push them. In addition to being a skilled trainer, John has a great personality and a positive attitude that helps clients to stay focused and driven to achieve their health and fitness goals. I recommend him all the time!

    John is a great trainer. His work outs are a challenge and intense but very effective.
    You will feel and see results. I strongly recommend him.
    He also has a great personality and is very knowledgable about proper diet.

    John's enthusiasm for fitness is contagious. He is a compassionate trainer who cares about his clients and he tailors the exercise sessions to each individual to make sure they get the maximum benefit. His workouts are tough, but he finds a way to make them fun. I have lost 25 pounds since January and my strength, stamina and muscle tone have increased significantly. I could not have made this transformation without his support and encouragement. I looked forward to my workout sessions with John -- something I never thought I would say. I would recommend John to everyone.
