I love/need to exercise almost everyday to keep up the habit and to make me feel good! I also love sharing this passion with others, I focus on increasing performance with my clients and getting them their best physique possible. When I'm not training groups large or small, young or old I like to train doing full body circuits and working every single part of my body and also do Olympic lifting. I also train in martial arts like boxing/kick boxing and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. It's great for my conditioning and keeps me on my toes. Outside of the gym I like to go hiking and in the winter go snowboarding, I've been doing it for over a decade and still love it as much as I did when I landed my first rail. And when I want to relax or "meditate" I sometimes grab my lacrosse stick and throw the ball against the wall or go for a run. I really love the body but especially improving performance or getting it back to normal, that's why I'm currently checking out Physical Therapy programs and going to for my Doctorate!
