I started working with Jorge several months ago. I am in my sixties with bad knees. I really just wanted to not be an "old person". The results have been very impressive. Jorge designs a plan that allows me to develop accessory muscles that really support my knees and don't cause stress to these joints. Before I started working with Jorge, I had a resting knee pain level of at least 4 out of 10 every day. Now it is more like 1-2. We do a total body work out twice a week and I feel I have much better stamina, posture and aerobic experience. I highly recommend Jorge as a professional trainer.

I started working with Jorge around 8 months ago with the goal of increasing my lean muscle mass. Jorge is a consummate professional, who has really taken the time to get to know me not just as a client, but as a friend. He is also extremely knowledgeable of all areas of exercise science, and has helped me develop a plan to meet my goals. During these past 8 months, I have seen significant gains in lean muscle mass, and have noticed how much better I feel in general. If you are looking for a trainer, I would highly recommend Jorge, he will help you to push beyond what you thought that you were capable of.

I have been working with Jorge for the last year. Although we initially started with a goal of weight loss for my wedding, I have continued the sessions because of the amazing progress I have seen! Not only have I seen positive results, I feel much stronger and aches and pain I used to experience with working out have resolved. In addition to being a very talented trainer, Jorge is a very kind person and cares about his clients well being in general. He is very supportive and works not just on your goals but motivates you to do even more than you though you would ever be able to!
