Always striving to learn and become better has given me many opportunities to develop skills in applied exercise technology, exercise programming and prescription, and fitness assessments. I hold a BS in Health Promotion as well as a MEd in Exercise Physiology from Auburn University.     Kaylee has worked with me for the past two years as a personal trainer, swim instructor and TRX instructor. She is inspiring and makes everything doable working with me on my level and encouraging me to always do my best. She introduced me to a nutritional program which, along with exercise, has enabled me to lose over 30 lbs and achieve my personal goals. She is knowledgeable, motivational and professional. Her sweet nature and upbeat personality keep me enthusiastic about fitness.

    I've taken several of Kaylee's classes and she's awesome! Her high energy keeps me moving and makes her classes fun! She finds a way to make modifications for all fitness levels which I really appreciated when I first started attending classes like TRX.
