Keith is an amazing coach! You bring him a goal that you want to hit and he will get you there. Training can be tough at times although Keith keeps your mind and body always energized as he is always changing things up. Keith helped me cross the finish line of my first ever Ironman and hopefully many more! I would strongly recommend Keith as a coach or even someone to consult when it comes to fitness and your body. He is a well tuned machine!

I started working out by using Keith as a trainer. He did a great job encouraging me and making going to the gym something I no longer hated. He was good at giving me a workout that matched my level of fitness and he adjusted it gently as my condition improved. I recommended Keith to a number of my friends and they were all satisfied with the programs he devised for them.
