    Receiving personal fitness training/instruction from Kelly Farris has been and continues to be ... literally ... life changing for me. Having dealt with serious back pain and degenerative disc changes for 10+ years, I had, prior to finding Kelly, become injured when participating in any kind of formal fitness training. Because of her high level personal trainer skills, backed up by impressive credentials, I am making big strides forward, injury free. I learned about her by word of mouth, from another very satisfied client. In my experience, Kelly is incomparable.

    I have been training with Kelly once a week for a year. My goal was to strengthen bones and muscle since I have early signs of osteoporosis. I feel like the weight training has improved my muscle tone as well as my balance. I go in for a bone scan in a few weeks and I hope the training will have reversed some of the bone loss and I can stop taking osteoporosis medicine. I did not have the intention of loosing any weight but I have seen some weight loss and improved figure just from tightening muscles.

    I contacted Kelly in September 2010 to get in shape for a high school reunion. With her guidance, I was able to lose 30 lbs and felt and looked great. Even tho my reunion was several months ago, I still train with her 3 times a week (2 personal, 1 boot camp). She is very motivational and has become a good friend.

    I have been training with Kelly for approximately 4 years and I think she is the very best in her profession. I have a muscle disease and my doctor thinks it is essential to keep moving. Kelly understands my limitations and has an individual exercise program for me. She makes our sessions enjoyable and challenging. I can tell a difference in my muscle strength since working with her. She also gives me ideas of things I can do at home to help. She is the very best trainer you could ever have. She loves what she does and it shows!

    I have been training with Kelly once a week for about 5 years now. I love it because she pushes me to do things that I would never make myself do. We never do the same thing twice so I never get bored and it is always challenging. I have been a member of her fitness center now for almost 17 years and would not think about going anywhere else. She is dedicated to helping you reach your potential and pushing you to be the best you can be.
