    I have always been working out, watching my body and the idea of having a personal trainer was never something I was looking for. Why pay when I can do it all myself I thought. I’m also an entrepreneur and work from home in front of the computer all day, which can make it harder to get out and do my daily workout. Then I met Kelly Jo. I started training with her one-on-one.. Six months later I’m in the best shape of my life. KJ’s is absolutely the trainer you should go for, she has an energy that boosts you no matter how down you feel. She works your body EVERY time and most important of all your body changes. I can recommend KJ to all that are looking for a kick starter and a long time trainer that will follow and guide you through each step for a better and healthier lifestyle..

    And if that wasn’t enough. I started GETKJFIT Bootcamp almost 2 months ago. Talk about raw power for every soul that loves fresh air and a great end of a long work day. Try it once and you can’t let go.. I’m KJ hooked.

    I have trained with KJ and cannot recommend her more highly. She is a great motivator. She pushed me harder than I thought I could go, but never to the point of frustration. Every session that I had with her was different, so I never got bored. They were also easy to remember, so I would be able to repeat the session on my own. I definitely improvements in my fitness and felt great!
