Kevin Garret is the Absolute WORST personal trainor I have ever encountered. Possibly one of the worst persons for that matter, ever in my day, I've crossed paths with. DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE PENNY ON THIS FOOL. I'm a woman who has been in a car accident years ago and have finally found the time to take a more holistic approach in my treatment. I wonder if he's bi-polar on the way that I was treated after just a few sessions. To start, his girlfriend followed us around for our initial consult and the weirdness started there. I was stood up the next session, literally waiting in front of the closed gym at 830 at night with no show, no call. One uneventful session and finally the blowout. This man literally lost his mind when his girl friend called him into the office, she left and he came back out. I can only assume he's sick in the head or on steroids. I said one of the excercises he was having me do was hurting my spine from my preexisting condition. He said, "show my your f****** x-rays, show my your mri's, I've never had to deal with someone like you and your bull****!" He must have called me an as***** 15 times...and cursing me out. He was scary and I definitely felt threatened at the time. It was like a switch went off. I have never been a position like that in my life and I am WARNING any woman looking for a trainor that this man is volatile and you're not safe. It cost me $250 to be berated and terrified by the end as I grabbed my purse and ran out of there.
