    I started working with Kim 2 years ago. I am a 42 year old male and participate in a unique sport associated with firefighting. For several years, I worked with several trainers at a local gym which yielded some results but not to the level which I had hoped. I approached Kim with a challenge to customize a training plan that worked around my work and private schedule for a unique sports competition. Kim was immediately entrenched in my development and created a customized a training program. Kim understood my needs and created training programs specific to me which included accounting for past sports injuries. Kim spends time watching form and coaching for an injury free hard workout. Her motivational training is beyond explanation. Regardless of who I work out with between our training sessions, I never feel I reach my full training potential unless I am working out with her. As a result of her training and coaching, I have gained strength, reduced weight and reduced my times in competition. I highly recommend Kim to anyone who is frustrated with routine training or tired of trying to simulate exercises from pictures in books or videos.

    Updated Review.

    I have now been working with Kim for 2 1/2 years. We meet twice a week for an hour long session. I continue to be amazed at the results I have obtained thanks to her outstanding work. For example, I recently achieved a lifetime best bench press and am currently working out with weights that are very close or above what my college max lifts were. To be clear, I graduated from college in 1987, 26 years ago!

    Obviously Kim knows what she is doing and can help any client achieve any goal they set. She is also a tremendous motivator. I can honestly say that in 2 1/2 years I have looked forward to each and every workout with Kim.They are never boring and most often each workout contains many new exercises. It takes major creativity to keep things fresh and new when we have done over 250 training sessions together.

    I am a 46 year old male and I train with Kim twice a week and have done so for the last 12 months. As a competitive masters swimmer I was in decent shape when I started working with her but she has contributed to improvements that I could not have made without her help.

    I can say without a doubt that Kim is an outstanding professional trainer. Many trainers simply alter a basic plan for various client needs. Kim makes sure she understands her clients goals then puts together a custom training plan designed specifically to help you meet your goals.

    Kim also has an incredible knowledge of bio mechanics and watches all moves in every workout very closely to insure everything is done properly and injuries are avoided. Throughout each workout Kim continually provides encouragement and feedback. The result is maximum gain from each and every session.

    Thanks to Kim's expert help, I have reduced body fat percentage from 12.3% to 10.6%, increased lean muscle mass by 8.4 pounds and increased base metabolic rate by 10%. If you want results from your training invest in Kim, the payback is an incredible value!
