I created Mindful Fitness® out of my passion for movement and mind-body health. I enjoy helping people discover the benefits of mindfulness and how it can enrich their fitness progams and their lives. I teach people to listen to their bodies and respond responsibly and with compassion. Most people benefit by increasing their body awareness, learning how to breathe properly and having a patient instructor. I enjoy traveling, hiking and bicycling (anything out in nature), and food and wine.
