Lynn Montoya is a certified personal & group trainer, indoor cycling instructor and mother of two. For nearly 10 years, she has trained clients in private and group settings. No stranger to the gym herself, she’s been lifting since high school and her training techniques are a hybrid of the various styles and knowledge she has acquired over the past three decades. Montoya's workout philosophy is simple: train hard, in the least amount of time possible, focusing on movements proven to produce the greatest results (Push, Pull, Hinge, Squat, Rotation). The ever-changing, full-body workouts she creates combine elements of strength, cardio, core, plyometrics, HIIT and flexibility training and the equipment used includes, body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, TRX Suspension Trainer, jump ropes, balance discs and other agility equipment. No matter what your fitness level or goal, Montoya will encourage, motivate, and challenge you to become fitter, stronger and capable of doing things you never thought possible.

    I have been going to Lynn's cycle classes for two years now and her class is the best by far. She will push you to your limit because she wants you to get the best work out possible and not cheat yourself. She is always willing to answer any questions that you have and will go above and beyond to help you.
    I also started taking Lynn's FitGirl Training class and it is a serious workout that really works. The workout is never the same so your body won't get used to it and it is a combination of weight training, cardio and strength training. I am stronger than I have been and I have lost body fat. You have to be willing to work hard because her training is intense but you will see results. What I like most is that Lynn works out with you and doesn't just bark orders at you. If you need a workout modified she always has modifications available and will help you get a good workout either way.
    Lynn makes you feel comfortable in any of her training classes and gives great encouragement to push yourself. She has become more than a trainer but a friend.

    I've been going Group Cycling at 24 Hour Fitness led by Lynn for about three years and have never had a bad workout. Much of that can be contributed to the intensity and energy she brings to every class. She is dedicate to making sure we burn 600-800 calories no matter what fitness level we may be. Also, the measurement of a great spinning instructor is how much they care about their class. I've seen Lynn get off her bike in the middle of class to assist someone she notices that are having problems with the equipment or their bike is not fitted properly. She makes her classes are enjoyable because of her music playlist and how she mixes up different routines on the bike.

    If you are new to Group Spinning, Lynn will make you feel at ease by helping you with setup and giving you tips along the way. If you are a hard core roadie, like myself, she will challenge you and your quads will burn.
