I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer offering in home coaching for health, fitness, and overall wellness through a combination of HIIT, Bodyweight Training, Kettlebell Training, and Cardio Kickboxing.     Michael is not only a great trainer, but also caring and enthusiastic about what he does. I had bariatric surgery and got to a point where I needed some direction and help with something new. It had been a while since I trained with anyone and thought there couldn't be another trainer like mine in Ohio! I was wrong. Michael puts me at ease and I fully trust him when I'm trying a new exercise. He is knowledgeable and takes his time to really explain how some of the body mechanics work so you properly work out without injuring yourself. I haven't been with him long, but I already feel stronger. He pushes me and makes me believe I really can do it. He exudes happiness, which makes the workouts fun. Laughter is always the best medicine so why not work your body and enjoy the process!

    Michael was my muay thai instructor and he was a great coach. He is knowledgable and motivating, plus it's really fun to train with him. He got everyone involved and pushed us to get stronger and develop our skills.

    Michael is a knowledgeable, positive, energetic trainer. He always has a smile on his face and is encouraging to all. I think anyone would be comfortable training with him regardless of their fitness level.

    Mike is an excellent addition to the Fitness Unlimited team. His knowledge of so many topics, ranging from all types of exercises, nutrition, injury prevention, strength training, as well as fitness in general, is instrumental to the success and commitment of clients striving to reach their personal wellness goals. He is one of the most positive individuals I've had the pleasure of working with......he's always so encouraging to everyone, regardless of their fitness levels and capabilities.     Mike is an enthusiastic, caring trainer. He was instrumental in forming the C25K running club. With his encouragement I joined and I have done far better than I thought I would. In our group meetings Mike has taught us pre and post run stretches that have been very beneficial. It is always a pleasure to be greeted by Mike at the gym. He is very knowledgeable and will answer questions and give pointers as needed. He is a true assets to the training community!
