Michelle Hobgood is a Certified Fitness Trainer who has successfully catered to a vast amount of individuals ranging from adolescents to older adults. She has over a decade of diversified experience in the Health and Wellness industry and has had the privilege of training at companies like HBO, the Fitness Club at Credit Suisse, Equinox, and Bally’s. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management, Fitness & Wellness and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion . She held the position of Healthy Lifestyles Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater New York City in which she managed a staff of personal trainers, massage therapists, and sports instructors, as well as the Youth Sports and Older Adult Programs. Her specialties are strength & conditioning, corrective exercise techniques, suspension & functional training, weight management, wellness empowerment, and prenatal and postpartum training.
Before pursuing her passion of fitness and wellness, Michelle also spent nearly 5 years in the design, print, and sales divisions of the fashion industry and received an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandising & Management. While she found the fashion industry to be exciting, she found that empowering others to build a healthy lifestyle was a calling she could not ignore. Her passion for wellness has lead on her path to providing extraordinary fitness solutions for everyday people.

On the contrary Michelle feels that in the quest to achieve optimal wellness and your fullest potential in life, all your passions should be merged to formulate who you are.     Michelle has been my personal trainer for almost two years now and she's the best. She tailors a routine based on the goals that you want to attain. She works within your limits while still kicking your butt. You'll never leave her training sessions feeling like you didn't get a work out. I highly recommend Michelle.

    In less than a month, Michelle kicked my butt, but I loved it! Mixing it up is key to keeping me involved in my transformation. TRX, Cardio, Strength training, Gliding Disc, Circle of Death Band (the worst), Pilates and Yoga 4x times a week - totally addictive and a great workout! I'm one of those people who doesn't really like going to the "gym", but love the results!! Our private one-on-one sessions were tailored for me and she gave me 110% of her attention. Michelle also has designed weekly workouts and provides remote coaching while I travel for work. She is very knowledgeable and an AWESOME trainer!! I highly recommend Michelle Hobgood!!

    Working with Michelle my Life has not been the same. I am have better eating habits that so far I have been able to maintain my weight loss. No routine is ever the same, she keeps up with the growing health industry and it benefits me. Intelectual, disciplined, hard worker and pulls no punches when it comes to her clients fitness. I love her!
