I discovered Mitch through MeetUp and I'm so glad I did! I had been practicing yoga and meditation on my own, but after attending his Tai Chi class at Atria, I reached a new level of my practice. I leave each class feeling relaxed, but energized. This is my ideal state of being. I become very invigorated, but also calm and collected. I'm focused and ready for any challenges. The lessons I've learned from Mitch stay with me through the week. I now have a daily practice of the 8 forms of Ilchi Ki Gong that Mitch teaches. However, nothing compares to attending his classes! The collective energy, led by Mitch, is second to none. Highly recommended!

I attend Mitch's Bone Strengthening class and his Tai Chi class at Sun City Aliante. He is very thorough with all instructions for each form of Ki Gong (Tai Chi), always emphasizing the importance of stretching and breathing correctly. The Bone Strengthening class includes exercises that build muscle and improve balance. Mitch works well with Seniors, he is sensitive to each persons needs. Always encouraging everyone to exercise at a level that is comfortable for them, at the same time he inspires all for reach their full potential. All instructions are presented in a positive manner. His optimistic attitude, his genuine caring and compassion for others is noticed and appreciated by all who have contact with him. I feel that attending his classes have benefited me both physically and mentally. I always look forward to the next class. Tobie Praus

I've been taking Tai-Chi classes from Mitch for about two years. I cannot tell you how much he has helped me. I suffer from Fibromylgia. Since his class, with the actual exercise and the breathing, I have very little pain. Iam so greatful to him. I appreciate him so much. Mitch is a wonder man and he tells us at each and every class, We are perfect in every way. After taking his classes as long as I have, I believe it. I share that information. I pass it along. Thank-you Mitch-Mary Sodia-Meadows, resident.

I enjoyed going to Tai Chi and Mitch is a wonderful instructor. I've learned to tap when in pain and this really helps. He is very patient, has a calm demeanor about him and overall is a wonderful inspiration to all of us who attend his classes. Tai Chi makes me feel relaxed and peaceful and Mitch is a vital part of that. Sonia T.

I attended Mitch's Meditation Class at Mountainview's H2U office. He is a wonderful instructor who shows that he cares deeply about his clients. He is a blessing to those that are lucky enough to have him as an instructor.
