Oreet is an incredible instructor. Very knowlegeable about anatomy, and takes care to ensure safety and accuracy in learning. She is an incredible choreographer and I attribute much of my success as a dancer to her guidance and dance training. She is one of the few teachers who truly provides advanced training and will push you to the next level. If want to be in great shape and improve as a dancer and performer then Oreet MUST be your instructor.

I am proud to be one of the first certified SharQui instructors. I always describe this method as a pre-requisite course for any bellydancer as well as dancers in general. Sharqui method is a powerfull tool. You can achieve amazing results such as listening to your body, breaking down any movement anatomically while working out. It will make you a better dancer, teacher and entertainer. Oreet is a passionate professional always striving to perfection. Her performances are breathtaking! When Oreet comes to New York all plans are cancelled! It is SharQui week and I bring my students with me to the workshops. IT IS A MUST TAKE!!!

Oreet is dynamic, powerful and inspiring. As a trail-blazer in both fitness and bellydance, she is a pillar of strength and grace. Her creativity and integrity shine through in everything she does and I am proud to call her my mentor. Being a SharQui instructor is not only a privilege but an advantage in today's tenuous economic climate. Oreet continues to walk the path of empowerment as a leader, woman and dancer, giving us all the chance to the do the same.

I am totally hooked on SharQui-the bellydance workout. So much so I became and instructor! I love what Oreet has done by combining bellydance with anatomically correct workout posture and movement. Oreet is always upbeat and cheerful in her classes but still manages to correct posture and movements without making people feel bad. Her dance style is graceful and lyrical with a lot of playfulness in it. All of these qualities come through when she is teaching. Oreet is always open to new ideas and choreography to make the workout fun and challenging. I love how she is able to make anyone welcome in her classes, dancers and non-dancers alike. As our population ages and people injure themselves out of other workouts I am happy to have SharQui and Oreet there to show us how to continue to dance our way to fitness. Sandra Forrer

I have taken several workshops at SCW from Oreet. I also completed the SharQui bellydance certification in 2009. Oreet is very detail-oriented. Her training is very thorough. We received personalized critiques of our performance and hands-on corrections of technique. I have since taken several workshops from excellent belly dancers, but none covered the movement originating from the muscles as Oreet did. I found the SharQui workout very effective.
