    I've been training with Mike for a little over 6 weeks now, and I've already noticed changes all over my body. My arms have more definition, my butt legit feels and looks higher, my stomach has started to tone in some areas, my neck and collar bone seriously look soo good, that I feel like it made me look like a new woman. :) I've been getting more looks and compliments than I have in over 2 years.
    He is really making me want to be better and do better, I look forward to our workouts all the time, and after he trains me, I'm always sweating and left feeling amazing. And, each day after, I can really feel the workout, and like every area we've hit...and I LOVE IT. Seriously, nothing makes me happier than literally feeling my body change, even days after. :D
    I've done tons of different workouts, and gym routines in the the past, but have never felt this much change actually happen to me. I still have a long way to go, to reach my goals, but for the first time in forever, I feel like I will get there.

    I have trained with Michael for a while now and I have to say he's one of the best trainers in the area. His constant upbeat, positive attitude will definitely keep you motivated. His workouts constantly change so you and your body wont get tired of the same routine. He's diligent in making sure that you are safe and working out at a pace that you can handle all while pushing you to your max. If you are looking for a positive change with your lifestyle, then you will want Michael helping you achieve those goals. He's passionate about seeing you succeed.
