    I am the fitness instructor at Frank Bailey Senior Center in Riverdale Georgia and I have observed Robert Cowards strength and balance class for several months.

    Robert is an excellent instructor. He has the skills and ability to get the job done. The seniors at Frank Bailey love his class not because it is easy but because of the good results. Robert started with a few students and now his class is full to capacity.

    I am enrolled in Robert’s Strength and Balance class at the Frank Bailey Senior Center. Robert’s professionalism, knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to his work and people provide the perfect scenario and sets foundations for a healthier lifestyle. Robert is personable and has a lot of integrity. He is very passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative, and most importantly, fun. Robert is a wonderful instructor.

    Robert is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I really enjoy the variety & challenges he put into each sessions. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. He is extremely reliable & punctual; always ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. He makes each session fun and enjoyable and he's very motivating and encouraging. The professionalism and passion for what he does is second to none.

    I can honestly say I thought I was in good shape until I trained with ROBERT. He had me exercising parts of my body that weren't being used. His words of encouragement made me push even harder. I got a good workout. Days later I felt the good sorness. His dedication to training is shown by the way he watches your form and explains what muscles are being used. As the saying goes"you can reach your goals if you stick with the program "I am!
