    I've been working with Shannon for about 18 months and she is not only the conduit back to fitness for me, but she also serves as my endorphin-producing therapist! She helped me get back in shape after more than five years of virtual inactivity due to an injury, then prgenancy and child-rearing. Her motivation is gentle but her methods will have you pushing yourself and enjoying doing it. She never makes me feel like I am not doing enough, but she makes me want to do more. I am stronger and healthier than I was in my teens and twenties and I've lost nearly 30 pounds while working with her. Shannon is truly wonderful, knowledgeable and makes working out fun and someting I look forward to all week long.

    Of the many personal trainers I have tried over the years, I was most impressed by Shannon's unique style, personality, and method. Shannon's easy-going, motivational manner was really helpful in getting me through the intense training sessions. She tailored our sessions to focus on areas I wanted to address, while also providing a total body conditioning workout. Shannon is also very knowledgable about yoga, nutrition, and overall health and well-bring. Personal training with Shannon not only felt like a good investment in my health, but also a good investment in a solid, strong product. I highly recommend Shannon's services if you're looking to improve your physical fitness, as well as overall health.

    I have had Shannon as a personal trainer as well as a yoga teacher. She is very knowledgeable about fitness, muscle groups, nutrition, etc. She is great at helping her clients set and achieve goals. She will push as hard as you need to be pushed, but she will also help you celebrate each goal without forcing you into the next phase too quickly. Some trainers make you feel like no matter what you do, it's not enough, but Shannon doesn't make you feel that way. Whether it is weight training or yoga and meditation, I always feel like I have gotten what I wanted from my sessions with Shannon.
