Sherri has been a crucial component of my determination to become healthier and more fit. She has designed a workout that addresses my weightloss and strength training goals while being sensitive to my back issues. This has been very effective. Our sessions have just the right combination of discipline and encouragement. She takes the time to get to know you and discover what lifestyle issues may be holding you back from achieving your goals. She is a very professional and caring person who really enjoys her work and getting to know her clients. -David Beisel

Sherri has been my fitness trainer for the past few months and it has been a great experience. Through encouragement, she makes me work hard but is careful on doing exercises that are appropirate (ability and age). She is also very thoughtful in planning the areas of the body to focus on during each session utilizing a variety of exercises. Sherri is good for a person who is just starting an excersing plan or for a person who needs to take exercising a step further. I highly recommend her as a fitness trainer.
