    At 71 years of age I have lost 12 pounds of fat under Susan's guidance. She taught me how changing the composition of my meals can keep me feeling fuller longer, eliminating cravings and overindulging. I have toned up with weight training and feel great! I believe that Susan can help anyone at any age achieve their fitness goals!

    Although I only worked with Susan for a short amount of time, she really helped me get back on track, get into a better fitness routine, and helped me improve my eating habits. She taught me the importance of meal planning and keeping track of my food intake. She is an excellent personal trainer/nutritionist and provided the support I needed. I am confident that I will stick to the changes she helped me make. I was with her for about 2 months and have already lost a little over 15 lbs. She really inspired me to get healthy. : )

    If I could, I would rate higher than 5 stars! Susan helped me lose 27 pounds in 5 months in a very healthy way. We worked out twice a week together and our sessions were always the highlights of my week!! She is very patient, and really takes your thoughts and goals into account when she plans the workout.

    The exercise routines were different EVERY TIME and every time was fun. She pushed me beyond my personal limits to achieve more, and helped me better understand what working out was all about -- now when I go to the gym on my own I actually know what I'm doing and I have a clear purpose for my workouts. She also helped me with my food plan (even got great healthy food recipes from her!). I will definitely aim to meet up with Susan more in the future. I highly recommend Susan!

    5 Stars for sure!

    Under Susan's guidance I lost about 25 pounds in 11 weeks and am extremely happy!

    I was most impressed by the fact that Susan took a comprehensive look at wellness - incorporating not only food and exercise but motivation, stress, and the science behind overall health and wellness as well. She went into details and explanations on a lot of the things I’ve always been told but had never been given any real foundation or basis for it.

    I especially liked that she had answers for everything, showed flexibility in options, never treated it like it was “one size fits all,” and was willing to make herself available for individual attention. Personally, I also think she did an excellent job of balancing compassion for the challenges I struggled with, with conveying some of the tough messages I needed to hear. She showed this is more about discipline, commitment, and choices than a particular food or exercise, etc.!

    More important that my recent successes, I feel I have an outstanding blueprint/roadmap that will allow me to keep progressing well into the future!

    I couldn't making a higher recommendation for her and her services!

    Susan helped me lose 20 lbs in about 7 months in preparation for my wedding. I was trying to lose this weight for the last few years on my own through intermittent exercise and eating less quantity of my normal diet. Susan helped me learn about different quality foods that I could substitute into my regular diet and I learned how much more food I could eat while losing weight when I was eating this way. She sent me easy recipes to help me learn how to cook my healthier food and always answered all my questions really quickly. She gave me great advice on different exercises so that I wouldn't get bored. Susan was always really flexible and understood that it's impossible to eat perfectly and exercise perfectly at all times and never made me feel guilty when I slipped. She was great at checking and adjusting as we went through the process. I feel like I really have the tools now to keep my weight at the level that I am happy with and will be living a healthier life. I highly recommend Susan!
