    My husband and I have been training with Terry once a week for a couple of years and she has helped us to maintain and make gains in our fitness. She works with our goals and the the physical activities we want to accomplish outside of the gym. She is able to assess a weakness and make recommendations and adjustments to work on those areas to make improvements so that we are able to do some amazing exercises. She cares about her clients and their wellbeing. I am always amazed when she pushes us and gives us a heavier weight or a different exercise and says that we can handle it and that we actually can. We try to stump her with out health questions and she is very knowledgeable and if she does not know the answer, she won't just throw something out there, she will check and do some research and provide an answer. She is positive and professional.

    If you are looking for someone to help you at YOUR pace, whether you are a newbie to the gym, looking for a few pointers, body building, etc., Terry is the trainer for you. She is knowledgeable, fun to be around, and really cares about you and your progress. Terry has worked extremely hard to get to where she is, and knows what it takes to succeed. She is someone that you can feel comfortable with, and always has a positive outlook to keep her clients motivated. She isn’t going to give you a “cookie cutter” workout, it’s going to be tailored to fit you and your needs.

    Terry is friendly and knowledgable and has "walked the walk" (as she is a professional figure competitor). She does not push very hard so if you are looking for a "boot camp" style experience this is not it. But if you want someone who will encourage you and keep it positive, Terry is great.

    I would tailor a work out to fit the clients goal. If you are looking for results fast in an endurance type area, then I will push you to your limit. Yet if your goal is only to bulk, one of the key components is rest between reps! :)

    Terry is a very motivated and inspirational personal trainer. She pugss her clients to achieve the best results possible. She does this not only by coaching but by leading by example by the way she eats clean and works out hard herself.
