I grew up the small town of Liberty, SC where I played sports including softball, competitive cheerleading and track & field for about 12 years. I graduated from Winthrop University in 2006 with a BA Psychology. I became Strength & Conditioning Certified and worked as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and strength & conditioning coach for the YMCA Greater Charlotte until I moved to Asheville in August of 2010. Since then, I've obtained Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning Instructor and AFPA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer certifications. I now provide in-home personal training, bootcamps for 4+, nutritional guidance, sports specific training, children's workshops and more! In addition, I serve as Team Captain for both the Race For The Cure and Relay For Life fundraising efforts.     AWESOME! Sometimes you just need someone to push you further than you thought you could go! She has so much energy and spunk...you will never leave workout bored and without a sweat! I've lost 11 TOTAL INCHES IN 4 WEEKS! Worth every bit of the work too...

    Tess has done an amazing job helping me put together a workout that I can do from home and is safe for my shoulder issues and torn miniscus. She has that there is always a way to stay active! Also, she's helped me by giving me more sensible meal and snack options that are also filling and delicious!
