I grew up the small town of Liberty, SC where I played sports including softball, competitive cheerleading and track & field for about 12 years. I graduated from Winthrop University in 2006 with a BA Psychology. I became Strength & Conditioning Certified and worked as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and strength & conditioning coach for the YMCA Greater Charlotte until I moved to Asheville in August of 2010. Since then, I've obtained Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning Instructor and AFPA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer certifications. I now provide in-home personal training, bootcamps for 4+, nutritional guidance, sports specific training, children's workshops and more! In addition, I serve as Team Captain for both the Race For The Cure and Relay For Life fundraising efforts.
