    I have been working out with Valerie for a year now and will continue on as long as she will keep me ! The first 6 months I had already lost 20 pounds. She works around my bad ankles and back and will adjust her workouts to make sure you get the maximum results. I feel better then I have in year's and she also has guided me on the foods I should be eating. I have had a complete lifestyle change thanks to Val. She is an amazing trainer with upbeat workouts and an awesome person to be around. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants results.

    I have been working out with Valerie for about six months and I am really pleased with the results. I started doing it merely to ensure that as I age my body does as much as it can to prevent joint damage, future injuries, etc., but a wonderful side result is that my arms, legs, shoulders, etc., are looking better. My posture has improve and I feel much more energized. My core is getting stronger and I feel a significant difference in strength(more), which makes me feel really well.

    She has a very nice way of training: she does not yell, she has nice music, and her equipment and planning of the classes make for a very efficient use of time and it feels like it is a totally different work out every time. She also keeps track of what you are doing. Her price is very affordable, she is flexible with the dates/times so she accommodates with my schedule whenever possible. I enjoy her company. I hope I can continue working out with her for the years to come.
