AM BOOT CAMP!! 6:30AM!
It was freeeeezing this morning! Cranked the heat and got warmed-up!
Today's workout was focused mostly on core + upper body
Circuit #1:

  • Glidey Pikes 12x
  • Glidey Mountain Climbers 30x
  • Physioball hand-offs 20x

Circuit #2: 2x thru

  • Weighted russian twists 20x
  • 1/2 russian twists 10x ea
  • thumbers 30x
  • jumping jacks 20x
  • plank hold 20 sec
  • plank marches 20x
  • plank punches 20x
  • knee repeaters 20 sec ea

Circuit #3: 2x thru

  • DB Curls 12x
  • DB rows 12x
  • oblique mountain climbers 30x
  • DB OH press 12x
  • DB 90deg flys 12x
  • Bench dips 12x
  • Pulsing moutain climbers 30x

Circuit #3: as a team complete 30 pull-ups!
