AM BOOT CAMP!! 6:30AM!
It was freeeeezing this morning! Cranked the heat and got warmed-up!
Today's workout was focused mostly on core + upper body
Circuit #1:
- Glidey Pikes 12x
- Glidey Mountain Climbers 30x
- Physioball hand-offs 20x
Circuit #2: 2x thru
- Weighted russian twists 20x
- 1/2 russian twists 10x ea
- thumbers 30x
- jumping jacks 20x
- plank hold 20 sec
- plank marches 20x
- plank punches 20x
- knee repeaters 20 sec ea
Circuit #3: 2x thru
- DB Curls 12x
- DB rows 12x
- oblique mountain climbers 30x
- DB OH press 12x
- DB 90deg flys 12x
- Bench dips 12x
- Pulsing moutain climbers 30x
Circuit #3: as a team complete 30 pull-ups!
