6:30AM Boot Camp!
Today we focused on getting our HRs PUMPING! Cardio tabata intervals, circuits, and obstacle courses!

TODAY'S WORKOUT:

5 minutes cycling
Dynamic Stretches up and down the track

Circuit#1: (1 minute stations)
-DB curl/OH press
-plate squat presses
-lateral push up walk

TABATA:
-sumo squat pulses
-mountain climbers
-push ups
-jumping jacks
-repeat lunges
-speed skating

Obstacle courses:
-ladder drills, box drills, sprints, jumping jack squats!

Cool-down:
-5 minutes cycling
