This is a quick one-pot meal that takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. This recipe makes A LOT of Pork...so freeze some for a later date when you want to heat up a quick lean protein for lunch or dinner!
2 pork tenderloins
1 bottle BBQ sauce (your choice of flavor) * I look for bottles that have the least amt. of sodium & sugar*
Put all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When finished the pork should easily pull apart.
Enjoy with a salad or a side of veggies. Keep in mind that a portion size of meat is about 3oz..which is the size of deck of cards. So watch your portion size to watch your caloric intake!!
