1 cup chopped butternut squash (Frozen Bag Chopped Butternut Squash)
1 handful of baby spinach (rip into small pieces)
1/4 cup raisins or craisins
about 1 tablespoon minced onions or fresh chopped onion
Dash of sea salt
Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe dish.
Microwave for about 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
