This is a clean eating recipe! Start off the New Year Right by making healthier choices and healthier recipes!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
3 egg whites
1/4 cup pumpkin
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp flaxseed
2 tbsp stevia sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp baking soda
dash of salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Preheat pan on stove top on medium heat.
Make big or small pancakes in pan on stove.
