Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 mashed banana
1/4 cup raisins
dash cinnamon
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish.
Cook in microwave for 2-3 minutes.
