If you're short on time and want to squeeze in some sort of exercise, stick to push ups and squats. Both of these exercises use multiple muscles meaning maximum calorie burn. Add a plyometric hop to the squat to really jack up the heart rate. Do 20 reps of each 3-4 sets and off you go!
