Well here I am only 5 weeks and 3 days away from my first marathon at 48! What was I thinking! I was thinking I should have done this sooner is what I was thinking! When I was much younger! But hey..... I just will jog along step by step the the finish line no matter how long it takes I will finish :) What makes people do things like this....get off the couch and on a bike or run or join the gym? What causes someone to quit exercising and become a couch potato? What makes you do what you do and keep doing it? For me right now its to say I've done one....help put me back in better shape.....to hopefully go back into the fitness field full time maybe? I love doing this and inspiring people to rise above what they could ever imagine they could do! that is the best high ever! whats yours?
