130.8! So close enough with only 56 days (yes, I have officially begun my count-down) to go! I know that 56 days seems like a lot, but in the figure world, this is really CRUNCH TIME! In my case, crunch time means added cardio sessions! I am shooting for three pre-breakfast sessions per week, in tandem with two more long sessions (so five times a week total). The pre-breaskfast sessions will be 40 minutes, and I will do an additional 30 minutes later in the afternoon. I've kept a majority of my sessions on the elliptical because I have sciatica (which has made leg days very torturous!), and running tends to make the situation worse.
It's also time to change up supplementation. I love my NO7RAGE, but it does have creatine in it, so the possibility of some of my weight being affected by water retention is high (to read more about creatine, how it works, and it's side effects, go to http://www.livestrong.com/article/458693-creatine-water-retention) . So.
I will be switching to DotFIT's Workout Extreme, which is going to help me maintain the same pre-workout "pump" that NO7RAGE gives me, minus the creatine (to read more about Workout Extreme and to watch a video about the product, go to http://www.dotfit.com/Workout_Extreme-pid-1203.html ). I should be getting my product order by mid-week, so I'll keep you posted about how the product is working for me once I begin adding it to my regimen!
My shirts from Jensen Apparel also came in and they look AWESOME! I got regular t-shirts for all of my clients, sponsors, work-out buddies, and trainer, but I special ordered some workout tanks for me, as well as cap-sleeve shirts to wear to work! The shirts are so SOFT and COMFORTABLE! In fact, I believe in Jensen Apparel's products so much that I suggested to the VP of Marketing at DotFIT to use Jensen's US made, quality clothing instead of their current supplier. I will get some photos of me in the tanks/shirts on Monday and post them. Mr. Jensen and I have also been discussing the possibility of him breaking into the workout apparel world; he has made the apparel of our troops and does carry the wicking fabric, so I told him he should definitely give it a shot!
After I post the photos of the tops I have, please feel free to contact me to let me know what you think about the colours/styles and to give me any feeback concerning what YOU would like to see in workout/athletic wear!!
Alright, time to sit back, relax, and watch some Sleeping Beauty with the twins :-)
