Hey world, I currently live in Tampa and I am employed as a Personal Trainer for the Carillon Wellness Center in St. Anthony's Hospital.
I was formerly a Minor League Strength Coach for the Pittsburgh Pirates. My background also includes being a Personal Trainer and a Physical Therapy Aide in Long Island. My long term goal is to become a Physical Therapist.
Some of my specialties include decreasing body fat, continuing rehab, building muscle mass, sports performance training, and improving your overall health. My versatile background in physical therapy, professional strength and conditioning and personal training allows me to get you where you want to be in the safest and most efficient way.
I also offer "ready" event training. Whether it's a wedding, reunion, or just in a rush to lose unwanted weight, I offer an 8 week crash course to get you where you want to be. Through a system of strategic resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and proper nutrition you will achieve all of your goals.
