Strength training makes the heart pump faster which forces the left ventricle, the part of the heart that pumps blood to most of your body to work harder and become stronger. Just like other muscles, the heart responds to hard work by growing thicker, stronger walls. You get a larger left ventricle that pumps more blood with each beat, A stronger pump means you get a lower resting heart rate.

Strengthening your muscles can help protect you against bone loss and improve bone mineral density so bones are less susceptible to osteoporosis. New Event, "Pull Up Your Bootstraps" BOOTCAMP

"Pull Up Your Bootstraps" Boot Camp is a Results-Driven, Positive Group Training Fitness Experience. These workouts include heart-conditioning cardio circuits, fun obstacle courses, interval training, full-body muscle toning, plyometrics and creative exercises. 
 
Held Every Wednesday night at 6pm at Greeley Park, Nashua NH 
Each session challenges every muscle in your body by keeping you moving in a choreographed manor throughout the session. Building confidence and having fun training as part of a team.
