I went back to working as an IT Professional in the past six months and stopped training clients when I decided to devote all of my time to work. I made this decision just like many of my clients have in the past because I thought I had to be successful. I poured my self into my job and six months and twenty pounds later here I am. I am building my personal training business back and looking forward to helping people meet their mobility and fitness goals. My personal goal is to get back to my previous weight of 135 pounds. So just as I would advise my clients: 1) I am logging the food I eat. My goal is to have a 750 to 1000 calories deficit. I am using Apex Fitness's Bodybugg system , http://my.apexfitness.com/index.php. There are free sites available at: http://www.fitday.com/ or http://www.sparkpeople.com/. 2) One hour of exercise each day. I am shooting for two workouts each day to keep my calorie burn high. 3) Getting 7-8 hours sleep each night. I was averaging four to five hours during the last three months and this has really contributed to weight gain. 4) Getting a physical. I'll be explaining more about these steps and why you should incorporate them in your plan. Start each day knowing you will have a positive day and don't waste this day!
