The Winter Break Group Fitness Schedule will run November 22nd - January 3rd.My schedule will be:

  • Tuesday 9:15-9:45am Express Spin
  • Tuesday 9:50-10:30am Bar Conditioning (A)
  • Wednesday 6:10-6:55pm Cardiokickboxing (B)
  • Wednesday 7:00-7:15pm Quick Crunch (B)
  • *NEW* Thursday 9:15-9:45am Tabata Conditioning (A)
  • *NEW* Thursday 9:50-10:20am Spin & Sculpt 
  • Friday 9:30-10:30am Muscle Work (B)
  • Saturday 9:45-10:45am Kickbox Interval (B)
  • Sunday 5:30-6:00pm BOSU Interval (A)
  • Sunday 6:05-6:35pm Bar Conditioning Express (A)


  • GENERAL WINTER BREAK HOURS: Weekdays-5:30am-10pm & Weekends-8am-8pm
  • Closed on Thanksgiving (11/26) but check out Triple Turkey Burn Friday 11/27 at 9:30am
  • Thanksgiving Weekend Hours 8am-8pm
  • The building will be closed formaintenance days on 12/21 and 12/22
  • Christmas Eve hours 8am-2pm (check out Merry! Merry Muscle Work! at 9:30am)
  • Christmas Day Closed
  • Day after Christmas hours 12pm-8pm
  • New Years Eve Hours 8am-4pm (check out New Year's Reshape at 9:30am)
