So... I have a partnered with a group of medical professionals that support my business with nutrition software called Evolution Nutrition. Some of you may have heard of it and that's wonderful! For those of you who have not, here's why you need to hook up to this train!
Evolution Nutrition developed a Web-based program that I use with my clients. I am working on increasing my expertise in weight management and nutrition, and not yet certified. In the meantime, Evolution Nutrition helps me eliminate the guesswork and keeps me within my scope of personal training.
I am able to create specific client profiles according to their body composition measurements, abilities and goals. The program will generate a plethora of nutrition plan options tailored to my clients' needs, likes and dislikes.
The most attractive feature to me is that facilitating the program enhances the interactivity with each client! It's a great tool to keep communcation flowing in and out of the gym, particularly because nutrition is the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle because it fuels fotnes training.
