Follow me here as I will track my own progress to accomplish a goal of losing 20 pounds by April 2010. Starting weight 205 lbs.
Week 1 (1/7/2011) Exercised every day but Wednesday. Combination of weight training, cardiovascular training on the bike and contour rower. Walking outside on the Greenway with my family and working out at home 2 days.
Nutritionally- Focused on eating every 3 hours using Medifast pudding at night and bars during the day.
