Hello Hello! Hope we all had a great weekend! How have we been doing on our new selves this year?! Are we keeping on top of our new goals for the year?! Well if we slipped up a little bit, here are a few pointers to help stay on track. Write down and be specific with your health and fitness goals. Set a time line and visually see yourself where you want to be. Write down your progress and what what you need to work on. Keeping track of where you are, and where you're going is very important when reaching a specific goal. So write it down. Tha good, tha bad and the ugly. Now get to work! Push yourself mentally and physically to where you've never been. Remember, what doesn't challenge you, doesn't change you.
