about 1 cup to 1 & half cups seedless grapes
1/2 to 3/4 cup cherries ( no pits of course ) ( freeze them for a extra cold smoothie ) good fresh too
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup fresh chopped strawberries
3/4 cup banana slices that are frozen ( do not thaw )
1/2 cup soy milk or almond milk ( works with rice milk too ) Just go for light or low-fat if available
Put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
