I am an ACE-certified personal trainer and ACSM-certified health fitness specialist. I specialize in muscular and cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, sport-specific training and weight loss. I also offer help in passing law enforcement or military fitness testing requirements. I offer private one-on-one training sessions and small group training sessions (which are a great way to reduce the cost and still receive personalized attention), and lastly, I offer group bootcamp classes which are designed for all fitness levels (only a $5 drop-in fee).
These are fun, effective, high-intensity, calorie-burning and body-transforming workouts, focusing on cardiovascular and muscular endurance, fat loss, speed, agility, quickness, balance and flexibility. These are done through functional training, emphasizing the body's natural ability to move through all planes of motion.
