Today is July 1st. We are half way through the year. Where are you in your journey to fitness? Studies show that every new year people have their resolutions made and by March most of them have quit. If you always do what you always did then you always get what you always got. So if you want to be healthy, more active and look good, then why aren't you doing what you need to do to get there? Change IS hard. Yes, I will admit that. It really is hard to change. But you don't have to change your life all at once. Make little changes. Take baby steps. Add a fruit everyday. Add a new vegetable every week. Go to that Zumba class, then go again next week. Just get started and eventually you will find you have made that change. Now that isn't so hard, is it?
